Joe is the one who does the nails, the owner. The assistants will do the painting and manicures. I will say this, He. Is. Super. Skilled. !!! Nails will look perfect each time. Very smooth, long lasting and professional. I haven't had a full set of nails that impressed me so much in years!
On the down side, he will not say two words to you. He will not say hello. He will not ask you if you like them. He will not ask if you wanna change your shape or length. He will do what you ask at the beginning and never check in again. He is very rough with the drill and has left me with bleeding cuticles many times. Finally, he's the only one that usually does the nails (tips,fillings) so if there's people waiting ahead of you, you'd have to wait a while before its your turn.
