Horrible printer, horrible service and support. We purchased solicare warranty, sent printer in for repair and never saw it again. That was two months ago. No one replies to emails, if you call it's an automated machine that puts you on hold indefinitely.

We can't get a straight answer about when or if our unit will ever ship. We ordered back in September. All the estimated ship dates they have given us have been wrong.

I have my Gen 3 Solidoodle for about 2 years now. I like it. It works well for a low end printer. The product this company makes is good. But this company's customer relations are terrible. My printer was promised to be shipped in 4-8 weeks and took 7 months... 7 months to ship with no apology. I've had problems with things becoming loose in the wiring harness and having to replace wires... normal. I have had 2 separate incidences where customer service told me to buy new parts when all that was needed was a multimeter and new wire. I've ordered 4 hot ends... count em 4 that's a mix of user error and high humidity here in miami but just saying 4 at $70 a piece.... This part often takes 2-4 weeks to ship. Even if you are pleading with customer service to meet a deadline. All in all my gen 3 is great but solidoodle is an extremely frustrating company to deal with. They do not give their customers very much respect or care.
