Soleil Tans

Soleil Tans has made it obvious for me that they are excellent demonstrators of customer service skills. Tanning in exceptional, clean beds for an affordable monthly price can be very accommodating to a college student like me. Also, working with me to resolve an issue surrounding a monthly subscription; when I made it clear that I was unsatisfied with a previous experience, Shawn (the CEO), personally, rectified the situation quickly. Their email deals makes it hard for me to skip out on. Good tans + Good prices +Good service = Outstanding Tanning Spot!

This company is a complete joke. Used to love tanning here, but when I tried to cancel my membership I got nothing but hassle. I cancelled my account FOUR years ago and yet they kept charging my credit card saying that they "Never received my cancellation paperwork". Called their "corporate office" five times and never received a call back until I let them know my attorney would be in contact. Then spoke to a women over the phone who told me she could do nothing to refund my money, but that she would cancel my account. I received an email from the same woman stating the account would be cancelled, then what do you know ANOTHER sales rep emails me a month later saying that I have an overdue balance and they want to set up a payment arrangement. I emailed her back notifying her that I will not pay another cent to the company because they are a SCAM and I never received a response. Now here we are, the end of August 2014 and I receive ANOTHER letter from this joke of a company. Their "corporate office" is a joke and will never handle your issues seriously. Their staff is courteous, but they can't do one thing to help you except tell you to call their "Customer Service Line" that no one ever answers. Complete joke.

I used to go to soilel tans from 2004-2007. I then moved to brooklyn. I've been to other tanning salons since, and soilel is by far the best salon I've ever been to. More recently I freelanced for independently owned tanning salon (doing spray tanning) and I left for maternity leave. I could have returned to that salon to tan for half off but I chose to go back to soilel. I believe, the beds are the best I've ever tried, the girls are friendly and the salon is always clean! Wouldn't go anywhere else ever again!

I have been tanning for a few years. I have been to privately owned salons and chain salons. In both the employees were always courteous and polite, but at Soleil the young women who work there are absolutely fabulous. From what I have seen they are always smiling and happy. They know their jobs very well. The salon itself is extremely clean and a pleasant atmosphere.

Soleil Tans is home to the friendliest, most informative staff I've had the pleasure of working with. From the girls in the store to Shawn Smith himself, customer satisfaction is their highest priority. The salon is always clean, the products are the newest and most effective, and the deals are constant and always better than the last. Even when I did have a small problem with having my name in their computer more than once, Shawn Smith called me personally just minutes after I'd sent an email to correct the problem. I send all of my friends and family to Soleil and they all agree that there is no where you'll have the same tanning experience.
