A terrific place under the FDR which overlooks Williamsburg. It recycles and can house parties for up to 300 people.
It's a huge tent with space for a stage, dance floor and a great location.
Decorate it to the way you want. It has one bathroom and a sink outside in the office.
It's recommended to use the outhouses in the parking lot.
No wifi-but who needs it with the view.
