Very chic feel to this murray hill studio. A great place for bootcamp and HIIT workouts. Kenny always changes up the routine and leaves you coming back for more.

Highly recommend it for the sculpt class. Nina is by far one of the most advanced instructors out there who knows what the female body should work on and is a very cute and positive gal! I just go for her class!

Coaches are down to earth and great at what they do, the facility is large (especially for NYC), classes are many, and the general atmosphere is motivating and fun.
