This office is located on Central Park south and has a nice view but they do unnecessary work every time you come in so they can drum up more money from your insurance. They even send you emails trying to get you to come in more frequently than required so you can "get the most of your annual insurance expenditure allowance"

The last dentist I saw there unnecessarily drilled one of my teeth and drilled straight to the pulp. I walked around thinking I had nerve damage, in pain, with constant headaches and face pain that reduced me to tears for months. I even saw a neurologist. I was afraid to go back to them because I was afraid they would just do more work. I finally called them to let them know what happened and they told me that I probably had a problem with my "superior alveolar nerve" I finally went to another dentist for a second opinion and it turns out this dentist made my unnecessary filling so deep that I needed a root canal because the inside of my tooth of hemorrhagic and the pressure was what had been causing all of the headaches and face pain. I got a root canal and a crown and I'm fine now. Thank god! But I would never ever go back to this practice after everything I went through. Not so much as an apology.

I can honestly say that each visit to their dentist office is a pleasure. Everyone makes an effort to be kind & engaging. This helps to make "dental procedures" go a little smoother than one would expect. I've recommended several friends and co-workers who feel the same. I'll be devoted here for life!

I have been going to Dr. Schwartzstein's office for many years and would not think of going to any other Dentist. He is very sensitive to his patient's needs, he is thorough and always advises you of what to be expected. His staff is very personable, professional and courteous.

This has to be the best dentist office I have ever been to. I have had terrible dentists in the past but DR.Estrada and Kristin are the best dentists I have ever had. Dr. Estrada truly cares about how you feel and your comfort levels. It's common to have a fear of the dentist, but if she is your dentist, you will have no fear. I have never felt any pain and unfortunately I needed extensive work. My fillings took a total 30 minutes to complete. She is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and concerned. Since the first time I went, I told Dr.Estrada that she and Kristin are an amazing team. BEST DENTIST EVER.

Besides having perfect professionals, this clinic has the best staff you can imagine: friendly, helpful, and flexible as much as possible. All equipment and tools look shiny and clean, and all the assistants I have ever had there are perfectly trying to keep you clean and comfortable, which is very important, specifically if you're going back to work after a procedure.
