A really cool, intimate performance space. Unlike any other space I've been to in New York-- not quite a black box, lots of character, feels at once very comfortable and very, very hip. The show was great, too!

I've seen several Soho Rep shows, and they've never disappointed. Their theater on Walker St. is small and intimate. I saw "Blasted" there a few years ago, and it was astonishing to be that close to violence and war. That's the great thing about this company--they don't shy away from what is frightening or difficult. I'm looking forward to their upcoming season with Orange, Hat, and Grace by Gregory Moss, JoMama Jones: Radiate, and born bad by Debbie Tucker Green.
