Dr. Dijour and the dental hygienists are wonderful. They are very thorough and provide quality care. The office is very modern and clean. The only negative comment we have is with the receptionist. In every interaction we've had with her, she is extremely rude and makes us feel unwelcome. From a short phone conversation to schedule an appointment to simply checking out at the end, she is unpleasant.

I tried twice to get an appointment at Soft Touch Dental, but both times was unable to schedule one. Now, this was mostly my fault as I only called about a week or so in advance, but the attitude I was given by the receptionist both times was enough to make my teeth rot...which hopefully they aren't since I have yet to see a dentist...
I can't speak for the dental care and expertise, but I can say that service certainly wasn't 5 stars.

Soft Touch Dental Care is the BEST! I have been a patient since 2004 and would never consider going anywhere else.. Everyone from Dr. Dijour to Michelle, the receptionist is friendly, caring and professional. The office is immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. Dr. Dijour is gentle, skilled and efficient. In my opinion, you cannot do better than Soft Touch Dental Care.

Dr Dijour is an excellent dentist! The office is equpped with the latest machines. The staff are very friendly and allievate any concerns that you may have. Whenever i'm there it is always a positive experience. They dont kepp u waiting very long if there is a wait at all. The staff at Soft Touch Dental are very caring and thorugh. They really try to make a visit to the dentist as pleasant as possible.

I had the same dentist for years, was very happy, didn't know any better. Health insurance switched in 2009, had to find another doctor. I found Dr. Dijour and I am so glad I did. Night and day. In July 2010 I had a major emergency. This is when you can really tell something about the dentist, the staff, and how the office works Doctor is fantastic, very knowledgeable, very pleasant, truly soft touch. Staff are great, really care about patients, everything moves like clockwork. They went above all my expectations. Recommended Dr. Dijour to my neighbor, she had a similar great experience.
