Soft Shine Car Wash

The short: been there twice before so didn't think twice but ended up with a 3 foot scratch across my hood. Manager was very disrespectful. Filed a police complaint. I paid $22 to get a 3 foot scratch across my hood.

The long: been there twice before since I've lived in Lyndhurst for about 2 years now. Didn't think twice about it and ended up with a 3 foot scratch across my hood. I'm not a stickler, I have a 2013 wrx which I take to go snowboarding all the time so there is little scratches, dents and even the front bumper is roughed up. But that doesn't mean I want a 3 foot scratch across my car. I even did full once over before letting them take my car. It usually opens at 8 am but when I pulled up at 8:20 today they said ten minutes. If I would of known they were adjusting the machines I would of went somewhere else. After reading the 3 other reviews here about them scratching up people's car I had to add my discern.

Avoid this car wash like the plague.

Good for a quick car wash and vacuum but the $10 "spray wax" that I watched was more of an extremely light, spotty dusting. So I ended up buying some Nu Finish wax for $8 (enough for 4 applications) and doing it myself 2 days later. Very happy with those results.

When i brought my car there it was real dirty, after washing it, it seemed to be clean. Wow, I never knew water and soap could clean cars. What's next, water and soap on my body to clean myself? That's so weird huh? Water and Soap? That's amazing! I also heard this stuff called "Shampoo" cleans hair! But how does something with "Poo" in it clean your hair? Weird.................

I just got my car washed and I loved it. They did an excellent job. very good service, my car never looked so good in the inside and the exterior also. People are very polite.

Scuffed my car and refused to even take a look at it. Brand new car so you can imagine how the marks stood out. So called manager was extremely rude and didn't even bother to hear me out. She only insisted it was my fault. Never again will I stray from magic touch on rt17.
