Sofi's Tailoring

I did not have much time before a wedding and I needed some major alterations done to a dress. Sofi promised me the world and gave me a mediocre dress. Each time we met, she would show me her progress and it was the polar opposite of what we had discussed and each time i said I was unhappy, she told me it looks beautiful and how she will improve it according to my specifications. Also, we discussed price and at one point I asked her to do a minor change, before we confirmed I asked her how much it would cost and she said "no problem", for which I assumed that since she was already charging me a fortune, she would not charge me for this minor alteration addition. Nope, She charged me again. I asked her to add some beading from a portion of the dress she had removed and she added it as a patch! it looks terrible!
