Execelent service keep up the good work guys bravo

My experience at this office was a bit upsetting. 1st I was outside waiting on line for about an hour 2nd after waiting on line for an hour there was a lady who was just dropped off in front of the office and she just walked right into the office she totally ignored that there were people on that line that were waiting for 2 hours & walked right in we ALL complained to security & all he did was look at us & said we should've said something to her, we told him that we did say something & he did NOTHING to correct it. Once I got inside I must say it was fast for me to get a verification letter but I had other business to take care of, I was told to sit down & wait to be called mind u 3 hours later & still no call. This place is very unorganized & to be honest I don't know why they have security because from what I noticed their job is to sit down & do NOTHING

Number system is confusing. You wouldn't know if you were skipped or not. When i asked if i was skipped or not the guard said just wait for your number to be called.

Staff at this location are incompetent. Went in twice with correct paperwork and supporting documents to get my details amended and they weren't able to do it. First man was pleasant but couldn't work out how to enter it into the computer even after speaking with management. Second woman was rude and full of attitude (and I quote "I'm not dealing with this" and storms off). I went to another SS office and amends were made immediately with no questions or comments.

Seamlessly got the work done. Instructions are self explanatory. Staff are super efficient. If you have the necessary paperwork, you will be done in no time
