- Very Good #105472

Everyone was very friendly but they really need to review their procedures for fulfilling team orders. They required we have the whole team order in by early July for the fall season. They knew we had a tournament the first weekend in September, and even with reminding and prompting, did not begin to fill the order until the week before the tournament, that is 7 weeks after requiring us to submit. While they did get the uniforms done with 16 hours to spare, the practice jerseys still are not ready.
