there is one thing wrong THE TEACHERS ARE STRICT

I phoned Soaring Heights and was dealt with very rudely by a staff member. The (old lady) hung up the phone on me twice after being very brief stating "call back tomorrow". I thought perhaps we were cut off as I was still asking a question. When I called right back she rudely and harshly stated, "yeah you were just talking to me and I said call back tomorrow" and she hung up again. I dont know what they are teaching the students at this charter school but they need to focus on teaching their staff members good manners. We wish them all the best.
