I was a regular customer of this place for two years. That ended when they lost a brand new pair of shorts (worn once) and were unbelievably rude and dismissive when I complained. First they insisted they never lost clothes. Then they tried to offer me a discount on my NEXT wash for "some fraction" of the cost of the shorts (the manager's words). They wouldn't even refund the money already on the pre-paid card. I have never in my entire life encountered a business that seemed so uninterested in retaining customers.
