I manage a small primary care office in White Lake, NY.
We have been attempting to obtain medical records from Dr. Snow's office for upwards of two weeks. When we call, the phone rings about 30 times, then gets cut off. I have called many times every day at various times throughout the day and the call has never been answered. I have sent a request via fax several times over the past two weeks and again, no response whatsoever.
If you are moving out of the area, or just trying to find another Dr., I would recommend physically going to the office and obtaining a copy of your medical records, at the very least a medication list and a copy of your last physical, or several most recent office notes, and copies of any recent lab/radiology tests.
