Amazingly helpful and friendly staff, beautifully styled rooms which were clean comfortable and quiet. Nice attention to detail. Interior design in the bar, lobby and restaurant is welcoming and uber cool. Price is very reasonable and location was perfect.
Will stay here and will recommend to anyone going to NYC in the future.

A very cozy hotel. Minimalistic with a modern decor, lovely bed and sheets and very cool bathroom. Definitely recommended for young people.

My wife and I spent four days in this understated TriBeCa boutique hotel, before renovations began. We prefer the 'human' scale and residential feel of the TriBeCa neighborhood, although it's also an enjoyable short walk to all parts of the city. Thoroughly enjoyed the corner view (floor to ceiling glass) from our upper-floor suite with large bathroom, the proximity on foot to river-side parks and public ping pong tables, as well as excellent access to key NYC public transportation lines. Recommend taking breakfast in any of the many dozens of local places around the corner.
