I came to Stanley Smotritsky after years of fighting with my creditors and struggling with my debt. Mr. Smotritsky carefully explained all my options to me and recommended the best possible solution. After I decided to file for bankruptcy, he quickly prepared the petition and I was debt-free in three months. I would recommend Mr. Smotritsky and his law firm to anyone struggling with making payments. What I enjoyed the most about working with Mr. Smotritsky, is that he personally handled my case, from the first interview and to the final hearing in bankruptcy court. He was always available to answer my questions and I did not have to communicate through secretaries and paralegals.
