Smith Woodward Plaza

My number came up on the waiting list for an apt and was told that they sent me a letter to respond to in 14 days as to whether or not I wanted the apt. But I hadn't received any such letter. I lived at my current place over 20 years and never had any problems with my mail. So I called the office to have them provide proof on what date the letter was sent or a copy of the letter and they put up such a fight with me on the phone that they DID send a letter and that there was NO way to get an apt now because they didn't hear from me and that I would have to reapply and start ALL over again on the waiting list. I already waited 4 years for this apartment and they didn't help me out or anything. Such a waste of time!
