Employees from this company were paving the county road in front of my house. While I was annoyed that it was being done so late at night, what actually angered me was the lack of professionalism. The foul mouth of one of the employees was horrendous. My son was watching from the window and was very exciting. I had to get him to do something else because the language coming out of the one employee almost made my ears bleed. A company can do a great job, but professionalism is just as important as the completed product for me.
