Everyone is very busy. There is not enough time to ask questions or get the proper help. Keep your own records as to what has been done. Even though you make an appointment, you could be waiting 2 hours before you get seen at all. You the patient has to keep up on things in this office.

Long wait time! Even when you have an appointment. Staff does not provide notice of how long you have to wait, which is unacceptable.
Neither their services nor facility is good enough to warrant that wait time and terrible customer service. So why go here, when you can go somewhere else that is more respectful of your time?
