Today I contacted the store in regards to my previous order and meal not being prepared as expected. I spoke to an extremely nice manager named, Israel. Israel is a true asset to the SmashBurger Corp. He was professional and kind to replace my meals and make it to my likes. I truly appreciate when I encounter managers like Israel, because of him I would return to Smash Burger and remain a loyal customer. I would love to send a card to the store to let his general manager know what a great employee and manager he is. He deserves the best and a great raise. This is a lovely place, clean environment, tasty well made delicious food that is prepared in a very clean environment. Employees are polite and patient and also caring about what your order entails. I truly recommend this place without reservations. I love Smash Burger and it is the only place I would ever eat a burger from... KUDOS SB!!.
