I visited the restaurant as I placed an order to go. I asked for my burger to be well done. When I got home the burger was red inside an raw. I called the store and to the manager.I will no go back there again.

Great burgers, great diet fries. But lemme tell you about their milkshakes... THE BEST EVER. Gets crowded and dining experience isn't the best though so 4 starts

Everything honestly. But I do wish it was open longer.

The following is based on my personal experience dining in Smashburger. I am in no way employed or affiliated with this business establishment. Wow! Great burgers and excellent friendly staff with a good workflow. Once you enter you can ask for a menu or they hand it out to you, that way you can decide while waiting in line and order when you get to the counter. Smart! Also after you pay they give you a number that you put on your table so you can find a seat and they bring you your order! That way you don't have a bunch of people standing waiting taking up space in the front. As for the burger I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it's very flavorful. Thanks Smashburger! Will definitely come by again! Good staff good food!
