Hello, my name is ASHLEE. I went to get my Galaxy s4 cracked screen replaced the day before yesterday and what a wonderful job they did. They opened early for me so I can get to work on time and it was ready before lunch! That same night when I went to charge the phone, it wouldn't! It kept saying something about the battery temperature being too low. I sent an email to them and right away they apologized and said the issue had never been seen before. They came to my job to pick it up the next morning promptly at 10AM just like they said and fixed it within 2 hours without charge!... and yes, they dropped it right back off to me at work! They are definitely rare to find because everywhere else was well over $100 and for their prices AND superb customer service, you CANNOT GO WRONG AND WILL NOT FIND ANY BETTER! THANKS AGAIN SO MUCH! I highly highly recommend this place times 1000

Greg w/ Smartfix was very informative. He replaced the charge port on my Galaxy S4 in 10 mins. The phone works like new and he provided some helpful tips. Smartfix charged substantially less than other quotes I received in S.I. and Brooklyn. Also, he offers warranty and support after the repair. I found out about this store on google and the location isn't far from my home. The customer service was welcoming and professional, and the price to fix my broken galaxy s5 screen was reasonable. I went to the store across the street and by the time I got back, my phone was fixed and running like new. I recommended this store to all of my friends.
