They never on time and they forgot my son on the bus for 4 hrs this bus company is no good poor services very disrespect

The bus driver and escort made the transition for us very easy

This company has a disgusting staff member by the name of Brianna (supervisor), She is very rude to me a parent of a 3 year old son, whom has a speech delay. We were hesitant to begin utilizing the bus as there are so many terrible stories. To have a supervisor representing this company yelling and speaking over a parent is ridiculous. You are supposed to be picking up preschool children with speech delay's or any other disability!! you should have patience and be humble! After google searching this company DO NOT USE THEM! There was a 2 year old left on the school bus as the driver forgot to check.. There are also pictures of another driver on the cell phone while driving a bus!! These are our children! THIS IS NOT A SMART PICK!
