Stephen is amazing! Super friendly and capable, he resolved my problem right away, in less than 5 minutes I was provided with all the info I needed and had an immediate appointment to get my little 2013 SmartCar looked at. And the car runs like a champion too! As long as I live in the city I'll always have a Smart, especially now knowing how fantastic the services are!

DO NOT bring your car here for repairs, find another service center. They have had my car for almost a month to replace a windshield. I still have no actual date for when I will have my car.

I have to say right off the bat, that I did not purchase my next smart from Manhattan just yet, as I'm waiting for the new model year to roll out. Keep that in mind while you read this review.

I initially made the 3 hour drive to Manhattan from Western Mass to look at the facility, as I've seen picture online, and it looked awesome! So one Saturday morning I set out on my way. Upon getting there, my car was valeted and parked in the private underground garage. I was greeted by the smart brand manager, Elaine. I explained my wants and needs in my next smart, and Elaine was extremely helpful! She explained some of the new options, that I didn't have on my current vehicle, and made everything very easy to understand. There was ZERO pressure from Elaine, something I'm not at all used to at a Mercedes Benz store. Unfortunately, I personally think smart didn't really have the flash that the main MB showrooms had, but this is something that I'm finding of all MB/smart dealerships.

All in all, the staff here are excellent. Elaine knows her stuff! I'm looking forward to leasing my next smart from her in the near future!

The facility looks stunning. Maybe make a day trip out of it? It's worth checking out!

I had a fantastic experience picking up my 2013 Smart Passion Coupe. I initially went in just to try the lowest priced car out, but after the test drive, Elaine helped find me a way to lease not only a car, but the best car for me. She even introduced me to an insurance company that saved me over 500 buck a year! She identified what I wanted in a car and she gave me a great solution.

There was no pressure, and I felt comfortable 100% of the way. Now I have a great car, and I'm not worried about a thing! Definitely go down and check it out! You won't be disappointed!
