Awesome place, great staff really helped me out with my bent iPhone 6 Plus with a cracked screen and also gave me a nice glass screen protector to protect from future cracks, fixed it all within 30 min. By far awesome place would go back for future issues. Also they provided a 30 day warranty on the product just in case something doesn't work properly.

Total scam artists. They take a week to "fix" a broken screen, and their fix lasts a week or two at best until it stops working again. Complete and utter ripoff.

I had a Samsung Galaxy S5 with a broken screen, and I needed to get my pictures and files off of the phone. I already had replaced the phone with an iPhone so I wasn't concerned about salvaging an old S5 and paying $200 to fix the broken screen. Instead, the guys from Smart Addiction let me go home and get my laptop and they put a new screen on the phone temporarily and I was able to get into the phone and copied all my pictures and files to the laptop. They basically let me stay in the store and get all my important files off of the phone and onto my laptop with no issues. They only charged me $30 to do this and in the end I gave them my broken S5 and they waived the $30 charge. If you need any help with any type of phone, computer, tablet, accessories, or repairs, this is the place to go. These guys are true techs and know their stuff. They are down to earth and just cool guys who love technology. I definitely recommend this place for all your technology needs. Thank you again guys for hooking me up.
