I had a critical job that required a simple answer and a product that I found out later that they actually had, The person who picked up the phone, besides being un-knowledgeable was downright nasty with her attitude. Informing me that she was too busy and to call later, TWICE.
I told her that that was not the way to run a business to which she mockingly replied "Oooh well!"
As far as I am concerned this person should not even be answering the phones or running a store.
I would have gladly added them to my list of vendors, but that will not happen because first impressions are important and they failed. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
