As a condo owner, I am absolutely fed up with SLJ Property Management. They are unresponsive and rude on the phone but they sure love to tack on extra administration fees.
Who is on the board? When is our next board meeting? No response.
Why is there a "sublet fee" on my account when I'm living there myself? Why is there a 'sublet fee' at all?
No response, late fee.
Are there any decent, professional property management companies out there? Please contact me so we can get rid of these amateurs.
