Jim, the manager at this Sleepy's, is the most helpful person I've worked with in any retail store. He is kind and made my experience with Sleepy's so effortless and positive. He helped my fiancé and I find the perfect mattress at the right price. We went to pick up a mattress at another Sleepy's in Manhasset and it wasn't in great condition. I called Jim and he was happy to solve the issue. He found us an even better mattress at his store, West Hempstead, for just a little more money. He knows how to accommodate his customers and seems to genuinely care. Also, he keeps the West Hempstead store in perfect, clean condition. It is spotless and he takes a lot of pride in it.
