This particular store is terrible, beware the salesman trying to lie to you. Always check on the price online before going in.
We are interior designers and have been coming to sleepys for a long time, purchased more than 20 mattresses per year, and this is just terrible.
A salesman gave us a floor sample charging regular price, without telling us, only found out when it had been delivered to clients house! Unacceptable!

BE WARY OF THIS LOCATION.
They lied and tried to sell me a used mattress like new. They even claimed it came with a 10 year warranty, which it didn't, so if something goes wrong with your mattress you're stuck with it. If the deal sounds too good it probably is.
If you want a deal go to one of the Manhattan Sleepy's. That's where they made me aware of the scam these people were doing and have probably done many other times to many other customers.

The salesperson in the store with pony tail does not have any manners, I went in the store with intention to look and buy a mattress but he waa so rude and obnoxious, will never ever go back and would highly recommend everyone who prefer a great store experience to avoid going to the store located in that mall, rather go to the one across the street, more friendly and welcoming and warm. I usually don't like leaving bad reviews but this experience in the store was one of the worst, woll definitely call up all my friends and families to AVOID the store al ALL COST.

Over all, pretty good experience with them. I'd like to do business with them again.
