Clean, small rooms. Helpful and friendly staff. Convienent location and within walking distance to family in Brooklyn. I would stay there again.

Stayed there to catch a show at Kings Theater. The hotel room was small but clean and served its purpose. Parking was on the street so be prepared for that if you're from out of town. Go to the ox cart Tavern for dinner if you stay here!
