My father was waiting at JFK airport for 2 hours waiting for a shuttle for a different hotel . And when he finally got the the other hotel they said his reservation was not even at the correct hotel nor did they even try to transfer any of the information over. So I called Sleep Inn and they helped me every great , they had one bed room available and they held the room for my father for 20mins so he could get there on time and reserve . The agent at the front counter helped me amazingly and had compassion for my fathers situation.
