Sleep Inn JFK Airport

I stayed here last weekend and my overall experience was ok i guess. The room was ok except for the fact that towels seem to have a certain smell as if they were not clean. also as i was getting ready to check out there were two lady`s in the front desk one of them on the computer . i asked for my receipt and the young lady told me she will print it out as soon as the lady is finished . i was in a little bit of a hurry to catch my flight so i asked the lady on the computer how much longer is she going to take and thats when she gave me a really nasty attitude it was very uncalled for. Idk if she was having a bad day but she should not work front desk if thats how she is going to talk to CUSTOMERS. She really needs to learn how to treat the people that are spending money here . After that the young lady printed out my receipt with no problem . I refuse to return to this location.

Unfortunately, the advertising is deceptive. Do NOT believe that you will get a parking space. There are about 12. We had to park on the street and - believe it our not - I actually had my life threatened by a very hostile man when doing so. The neighborhood is NOT one in which you want to be off property. I am a large and self-assured man myself.

Staff were uncaring about this, calm approaches to management, Sleep Inn corporate and to Choice Hotels (which owns Sleep Inn) corporate through several attempts, have been ignored. Budget basic accommodations with very small room. Adequate if you don't need parking or don't wish to leave the property at all. I cannot speak to the quality of their shuttle service.

Hi there Sleep Inn and especially Marissa, Tony, and William; This location was the perfect place for us to stay; close to our cousins in Rockaway for the family reunion; and the shuttle to "the train" was perfect for our trips to Yankee Stadium; Go Blue Jays. The hotel staff went beyond excellent to help us get around. The room was great and water hot and AC came in very handy after being out walking for a couple of hours at Yankee Stadium. We would definitely stay with you again.

Let just start by saying after checking into this hotel my debit card was compromised. I called NYPD to complete a fraud report; they seem to be great friends with the hotel staff. I was told by the police officer that they cannot take a fraud reports. I call his supervisor only to find out that he should have taken that report (lazy and shady). Spoke to the Hotel Manager Wendy Hardie, who was extremely rude and became very defensive. Police officers were called several times to this hotel by different individuals. Neighborhood is unsafe with people smoking Marijuana inside/ outside of the building. Housekeeping staff brought children to work on Saturday morning, woke up to children running through the halls with the house keeping staff screaming trying to get them to say in one location. Shower curtain was disgusting.....the smell of Urine was overwhelming.

Did not like my stay much. First, the night time front desk person was really rude every time I asked about the shuttle bus it felt like I was annoying him. Second, the clock radio was broken In the room lucky i didn't need the alarm for this stay. Third the bath tub clogged up and I hate that with a passion. Last but not least the room was not as big as the pictures show small room with no couch In them.
