Taxi driver quoted price that was too high. Called dispatcher and the price was actually $6 lower than quoted price. Then when we reached the destination he again raised the price. Mark the dispatcher was completely unhelpful.

I use them for the airport and school run on occasion. Mostly professional drivers. Have had one or two bad apples but the rest have been great. They know the area (Kew Gardens, Forest Hills, Jamaica). Usually on time during off-peak and for airport runs. Challenges during peak time and when it rains.

Do not take this car service! They are unaccomodating, consistently late and all around unprofessional. After being a frequent customer of their services for trips to the airport for business related travel they caused me to miss a flight, an important meeting. The worse thing is they could care less they lost a valuable customer.
