Very good apartment. Rent is affordable, and have not had any issues with the landlord or neighbors. Heat and hot water is included which is great. I haven't needed to ask much in terms of repairs, but when I did they were resolved very quickly and professionally. I cannot find any reason to fault this property, it is indeed well run.
