I'm really sorry to say but I'm a current tenant going on 5 months now & I've had to fix more than 6 different things in the apartment. Whether its the toilet not working properly, half of the ceiling fan blades tilled in the wrong direction (making the fan completely useless), moulding falling off (had to gorilla glue myself) or loose door hinges causing the door to fall out of place. On top of all of that, our superintendent (Cory) is extremely unprofessional. Cory placed or allowed someone to place "Warning" stickers on random cars throughout our parking lot "warning" me that if my car isn't moved that it'll be towed although i use my car daily. The sticker also left residue on my new car which I thought was completely unnecessary. The property manager can be unprofessional as well. I texted & called her about 2 weeks ago.. Still no response. Tenants make me feel uncomfortable & a lot of them seem sketchy.
