A must visit if you're in Bay Ridge for lunch or dinner. It has a great neighborhood vibe (the bar is always filled with regulars),and it's fabulously mismatched decor—think Victorian stained glass meets Irish pub meets... thrift store?—feels like home. Skinflints has the best burger in Bay Ridge, distinctly served on an English muffin.
