Not professional at all. Especially the receptionist name Van argued and shown her attitude to customer which made very unpreasant experiences.

Great atmosphere, made me feel very welcomed. Staff was great. Relieved a Brazilian wax by Xana, who was great at making it quick and painless. Without a doubt I would recommend this location to everyone!

I love Skin Spa, and have been to two other locations. They do the BEST waxing in town. Highly recommend, especially for people new to the whole experience.
