Doesn't show up on time. Ive had 2 appointments where she was late. One more than15 minutes. After buying a voucher and using only half the value, I had to go through hell to get in touch with her. Her office phone is a personal cell phone. After leaving numerous voicemail, she TEXTED saying she gets a lot of spam calls so she doesnt answer. Come again!?! Youre a business. Plus I left a message. Once I finally made an appointment, she canceled 4 hours before stating she was closing for the next 5 months. Who does that!?! Now I am fighting to get back the other half of my voucher. Its not much but its the principle. Her business practices are shady, at best. Take a look at reviews on other sites.
