Skin Care Center of New Jersey

The receptionist is very rude, she was rude on the phone and in person seeming very impatient. When I told her I did not have cash for the tip envelope she responded rudely huffing and puffing in a deep breath. I've never been asked by my dermatologist (let alone any type of doctor) to give a tip so being asked at a MedSpa I thought that was very rude. The Indian woman who performed the service on my face recommended about 5 different services when I was only there for one. I obviously know what I want, so I wouldn't call for a specific service if I didn't. After my decision has already been made, she suggests more products! In addition, she told me that it's common in "black" teenagers not to wash/clean their face properly. Number one, I am not a teenager, I am in my 20's. I did not know how I was supposed to take that small comment about "black teenagers" not cleansing their face properly. I have been here twice and I do not know if I will be coming back. I thought my second experience would be better, but it wasn't.

Have been going to Shalini now for almost 3 years. Great facials. Highly recommend.
