This company has really fell off they used to reliable now they seem to have incompitent people working for them. First bad experience; there wasnt any heat in the house on a cold day due to the fact they didnt deliver oil and took forever to finally have a truck come thru. Second terrible experience; A serviceman came to our house to service the boiler, hours later we see water coming out of the steam valve on the first floor, so i go to the basement to find it completely flooded. He left a valve open which overflowed the boiler on to the floor. There was never a courtesy call i had to call complain about their unprofessional behavior.

Thug employee/truck driver LP56690JL. Skaggs Walsh---must they hire THUGS??? A truck was parked in a two way street-in the MIDDLE of the street. Like any driver I honked--then a THUG driver cops and ATTITUDE with me and says every curse in the book at me?? WHO DOES THAT?? He probably doesn't know that I live a stone's throw away and will be tell ALL my neighbors to NEVER use Skaggs Walsh unless they want a THUG GANGSTER delivering their oil. That driver is a clear indication of the lack of professionalism and customer service standards set forth at Skaggs Walsh. My future business and that of my friends/family/neighbors will go to a company that respects people.

Skaggs-Walsh is the BEST! I surely recommend to all the NYC people that needs a OIL FUEL company because they have the best Service contact for your heating system and the fact that they will be there for you when you need service 24/7, and the customer service is amazing, and the oil delivery is just superb. God Bless you SKAGGS WALSH!
