Worst experience. While the groomers are nice, they haven't mastered their talent. The dogs sit in the cage for over five hours waiting to be groomed. If you have a puppy, its unheard for a dog to be able to hold its bladder for this long. My dog came back with a butchered haircut. Without my permission, they gave her an uneven almost to the point of shaved cut. I don't recommend and I wouldn't go back.
