Do not give business to them as the boss is rude.

i go to this shop and ask for an estimate for painting my new bumper that i bought from a dealer. This guy tells me he won't do it just because I did not bought the bumper from him.

I've lived and worked in JC for 40+ years. This is the only auto body shop that I know with three key elements:
1 - they do consistently good work
2 - they've been in business for a while (so you can expect them to still be around if you have any future problems)
3 - never any 'let's make a deal' offers.

Now, the work they do isn't always perfect, but they will make good on any promise. (I'd say 4.5 stars, but only whole numbers are allowed.)

In a State (and county/ city) almost defined by insurance schemes, these folks have never once tried any funny business.
My family's cars go there 100% of the time for personal work and collision / insurance work.

As a previous review said, they do charge more than most others, but you are getting what you pay for. Since they aren't cheating your insurance company - they have to make money the old-fashioned way.
