Sinai Post Acute, Nursing and Rehab Center

After brain surgery my loved one was transferred there for rehab....he wasn't there 12 hrs....when I arrived I heard a familiar voice screaming and moaning...it was my loved one. He was a fall risk...but was left unattended in a shower. I found him and I also called police and ambulance. He was not fitted with fall risk bracelet nor allergy bracelet. Never ever take your loved ones to this place....heads are going to roll after this negligence.

Placed my grandma there for rehab. Very happy with the care and the rehab!!
Highly reccomend to anyone that is in need of great rehab!

Glen Hamilton, a recreation therapist at Sinai, reminisced about the patients he has assisted to help restore their mobility. “It is important to become the patient’s best friend. It is our job to help the patient regain quality of life by keeping them active. Massage therapy and aroma therapy are essential parts of their treatment. We use music, lotions, and scents that appeal to the senses,” said Hamilton.

This place is horrible! The aides are horrible and most of them should not be working with people! The place is dirty and they don't take care of the patients. They lack follow up with family concerned for the patients. If your parent or family member has insurance you need to choose any place other than this place! I hope the new Jewish owners see this review and do something about the way that their establishment is being ran. THEY NEED TO REPLACE MOST OF THE STAFF!

ANYONE WHO WRITES A GOOD REVIEW FOR THIS GODFORSAKEN PLACE MUST WORK HERE BECAUSE IT'S THE BIGGEST LIE EVER. IF YOU WANT PROOF GO FOR A VISIT YOURSELF. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO HAVE A PERSON YOU LOVE! THEY MAKE THEIR PATIENTS MISERABLE AND GIVE THEM NO HOPE OF THINGS EVER GETTING BETTER. I BELIEVE THAT THEY KEEP THEIR PATIENTS DOWN IN ORDER TO GET MONEY. I WILL BE CALLING THE STATE! THE FOOD SUCKS TOO!
