Simply Polished

Fun, relaxing atmosphere with great staff. I've had several mani/pedis with different nail techs and waxing with Toni.

five stars- hands down. EVERY time i walk in i know i'll be leaving satisfied... I'll admit i've waited close to an hour to be seen before but i surely wont go anywhere else. nothing worse than a bad mani in my book.

Absolute GEM!

Definitely a bad gel manicure at much higher prices than nearby competitors. The pedicure was in very cold water, and very aggressive sanding left one of my feet more rough (both of which came in smooth) and added pressure to the area around my toenail because of the shape.

In my Mani I have visible bubbles, loss of color and my edges arent filled in at all. Technician kept saying the machine wasnt drying but kept using the same machine. The owner came over and criticized the polish job but still charged full price. The manicure left my nails uneven and i have polish all over my jagged cuticles now. Also, they have less than half the colors on the color cards they have displayed, and are not helpful about finding colors to supplement...and the ones they do have are thin causing 3 or 4 coats needed for solid color in reds and purples (ie standard colors) so the gel was SO thick. I came here before getting married monday and now i think i need to go somewhere else to fix.

Oh yeah, they didnt introduce themself or ask my name. They were friendly enough but way too many rough edges not to speak up about it.

Very nice staff! Very clean and "POLISHED" Took my Mom, Sister and Fiancée to get Mani/Pedi's.
