The best salon ever, Sally cuts my hair all the time its already 2 years and til now i still go there...

In terms of simply just getting your hair done, this salon is the place to be. I have been taking my daughter to this salon for quite some time now. Her main hairdresser, Evelis, provides very good service. I would definitely recommend her. She is honest and works to coordinate your hair type with the products she uses on it.

What I did not like about this salon was that the owner refused to refund me for a hair job that was less than satisfactory. If you are in any way compelled to use this salon, I strongly suggest you pay with a credit card because once money has changed hands, there is no store credit or refunds, regardless of whether or not you are even satisfied with the job they did. The owner's attitude came off as very insulting and aloof, obviously untouched by the customer's satisfaction now that the cash was in his pocket.

In my case, the hair technician agreed with me, recognizing that my hair was in unsalvageable condition. However, the owner blatantly refused to give me store credit. The reasoning he gave for his refusal were nonsensical and almost intolerable to listen to. Some of his reasons for his refusal were that the technician used shampoo to wash my hair before twisting it, the hair technician spent two hour to twist the hair and the hair technician spent more time to wash off the gel from my hair to undue the twist. He stated these reasons as if the time a woman takes to appear put together should amount to what I paid, purposefully ignoring the fact that my hair came out so disheveled that even the hairdresser thought it had to be redone.

In summary, the owner of what should have been a fine establishment expressed no interest in the satisfaction of what could have been a regular customer. It is because I paid ahead of time because my daughter had finished early that I wasted sixty-five dollars on an incomplete job and was not refunded in any way.

I urge you, as a disappointed customer, to pay by credit, or, better yet, choose not to frequent this boutique. Because of I had no prior knowledge of this venue's failings, I spent hours arguing without the hairdressers and owners until I was given a compromise that was far less than what I hoped for.

Do not get your hair weave, twist or braid in this salon. They are inexperienced and too expensive, a combination that truly sours their success in that area of hair care. If you absolutely must visit this place, bring your credit card because you're sure as hell gonna need it
