Customer service is terrible and nasty attitude. Call 3 times to get an appointment ( twice before Easter and 2 weeks after), didn't got a call back. When I called the 3rd time was given time when they are available not the option of my time. When I waited more than an 1/2 hour Tara got annoyed at me and told me to leave because I am impatient. I left my coat in the store and the locked the door behind me. I was shaken up with the disrespect and service I received. I could have made an appointment for some where else. Also I felt that I was invisible because I am not one of the regular customer. My third time going to this salon.
