The worst. I wish this guy would close and just give the space to someone else who would actually attempt to have a legitimate hardware business.
It's open half the time and when it is open, it's obvious that their inventory was last updated sometime in the mid 80s. I kept going in there hoping to get some common piece of hardware and never left buying anything because it's so poorly stocked. I eventually gave up. It doesn't help that's it's barely lit and looks like the kill room from Texas chainsaw massacre either.
Just go to WR further down on Manhattan. It's the only proper hardware store in all of Greenpoint.
