I never get to talk to my lawyer. It's been so long that I've got married, my friends have had kids and now starting school, and still have yet to even get in contact with my lawyer. The assistant and other ladies in the office are always so rude and argue with you as if they are the lawyer. They seem to have no sense of professionalism and courtesy and say they'll give a call back but it's been 5 years and I haven't received a phone call... Ever. Except once from the actual lawyer and he left a voicemail saying he'll call back. I understand they're busy but as a client we should be taken care of cause we're also busy. They're rude, unprofessional, and hostile and I recommend going to someone else.
