SILVERMAN

We're in the Hamilton Park building and our experience with the building management/ownership has been nothing short of fantastic. They are very responsive to our questions and - even better - are quick to respond to any problems that come up. The problems are few and only minor, but it's still very refreshing to have such a quick response. We really get the feeling that they actually care and that they really do want to make their tenants happy, unlike so many landlords out there. Great customer service. Needless to say, we're thrilled we chose this building and now have them as our landlords.

The best by far. At everything. I live in Hamilton Square, and recommend SILVERMAN development for excellent quality of their construction, great attitude with continued goal in developing communities around the place of living, their good will and comprehensive attention. Verbally recommend to my friends all the time too.

We live in the Majestic and absolutely love it! The apts are super spacious and clean. Our super, Pablo is the friendliest guy ever, so helpful and on top of his game everyday. He cares about the people that live here and treats the property like its his own home. Kudos to Silverman for hiring such a great staff and keeping their properties so nice and clean.

I have been a tenant of Silverman Properties for the past 5 years and all I can say is AMAZING!!. The personal attention and care that is given to each and every tenant and the amazing level of service to the properties are amazing!!! From barbecues, holiday gifts, holiday parties, supporting other business in the community, they go out of their way to give the best level of service possible. The building and management staff are beyond amazing!!! I have lived in a number of locations in Manhattan and the level of service and individual care does not even come close!!!!!! They truly are the gold standard in Jersey city!!!!

I was one of the first tenants in the new Charles and Co building next to City Hall. Having lived in Manhattan and elsewhere in Jersey City, this by far has been my most pleasurable living situation! The SILVERMAN crew are very responsive to e-mails and service requests: from the moment I first expressed interest in the building until now, months into my lease.

To pick one of my most positive interactions with them, they offered me a free membership to a nearby gym during the first few months of my lease while the in-building gym was under construction.
